Refund policy
We want you to love your Selah piece. If something arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging so we can make it right. Damaged orders reported outside of this window may not qualify for a refund. Return shipping for damaged or defective items is on us.
For all other returns, we accept items sent back within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns — we recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days — please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
Exchanges follow the same process. Reach out to us first and we'll guide you through it.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items marked as final sale or part of a limited drop are not eligible for return or exchange.
